By supplying your personal information you may be contacted periodically by the Company or its’ affiliated operating divisions via phone, fax, mail or email regarding new products, services or upcoming events.

Use of Cookies

Dealers, district managers and private label program representatives who include you in their hierarchal relationships, may have permission to access your test result data.

The one exception to this non-disclosure policy is that, although unlikely, we may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide information to the appropriate governmental authorities.
